Flat fees start at $350 for individuals and $1,200 for businesses; monthly bookkeeping starts at $350/mo. You get a clear, written quote before any work begins. We never tie fees to the size of your refund — Circular 230 prohibits it, and so do we.
No. Most clients work with us fully remotely — documents go through the secure portal and we meet by video. You’re also welcome at our Uptown Charlotte office any time.
